We are ravers and clubbers. We have been raving since the late 80's and we believe in looking after each other and to enjoy ourselves at clubs and raves and meet new friends. The music is our life, and the culture is you.

We want to find you the best rave and clubbing accessories, smoking paraphernalia, UV Cyber gear etc..

When we say a Gadget is good, it is as good as we say. If it does not match our description, return it to us in the original packing, unused within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, Replacement, Credit note, minus shipping costs and restocking fee.

Please contact us BEFORE you send anything back and explain in detail what the problem is (if any) . We do have the odd clown buy Glowsticks and think that they can use them and then say they got broke in the post. Every item we send by post is well wrapped and insured, if its broken in the post, then you claim from the postal service. Everything we send is tested before packing. Please read all instructions before use. We have had some that don't, then when they break whatever it is, they moan at us. We only sell working gadgets, we want your repeat custom, so we want you to be happy with our products and service. So what we sell works.

We are a company who strives to get the best deals and give the best service we can for our customers, clubbers and ravers, we are not idiots who can be taken advantage of by people who want to blag free stuff, or rip us off. We have seen it all before and frankly we are not impressed.

Treat us with respect and we will treat you the same. Fair Comment? You know as well as we do, there are a lot of kids out there who think that because they are anonymous that they can get away with anything. That's why we take orders over the phone, so we know who we are dealing with and not some 12yr old pretending to be an adult. Same goes for credit cards, you must speak with us, in person, or swivel :)

Monthly Prizes and Competitions

We no longer give free prizes for simply joining the newsletter as we had far too many spongers who were not joining in with our site, and we felt were not part of our rave and clubbing culture. We do have competitions that can be entered for free. Newsletter members are NOT automatically eligible for a prize unless they join in with the quiz. E.G.: If we ask for an answer, picture or story to be sent in before a certain date, the only people eligible are those who join in with the competition. We judge the entries and fairly decide a winner. There are never cash alternatives and we expect the winner to claim their prize within 15 days of the announcement or the prize will be withdrawn and used for another competition. Our decision is final.
