Magician · Stage Hypnotist · Fire Keeper · PLUR Keeper
Bristol. 1999. He was the one with the glow kits, watching everyone's back.
The water boy. PLUR before he had a word for it.
GenX. Still here. Still glowing. Still holding the space
so someone can say "I wore a dress today" and hear "well done."

The Journey
Blackburn
Lancashire. GenX. Working class. Northern. CB radio era — the handle was "Doc Strange" at age 11. That was the name before anything else. Still is.
Teens
First magic trick. A pack of cards, a borrowed book, a room that went quiet. Something clicked that never unclicked. Thirty-plus years later, still clicking.
1999
GlowGadgets born. Selling EL wire and glow kits to ravers in Bristol. Lakota. Trinity. The Depot. Bionic nights. The water boy — looking out for everyone, making sure nobody was lost or cold or on their own. PLUR before he knew the word for it.
2000/01
Clifton Gorge. 3am. A free party in the dark. Acid techno. Fluffy Dave lit up on a hillside. Twelve hours of conversation with a man called Lusty that rebuilt everything — introspection as a technology. Lusty died of an overdose. He deserves to be in this story with his name on it.
2014
"A Strange Way to Stage Hypnosis" published. The method in print. Post Pandemic Edition 2023. Stage hypnosis — not a party trick, a tool for genuine human change.
Magic Circle
Member. Passed the hardest audition in magic. The rave ethic translated perfectly — both are about holding space, reading a room, making someone feel something real.
Recent
AuDHD diagnosis. Late. Life-changing. Named what had always been true — the pattern recognition, the intensity, the connections nobody else spotted. The superpower, not the deficit. Everything in this ecosystem is built on it.
Now
Building the village. FeelFamous. GlowGadgets. The -Oid family. Spoke 5 of The Wheel — Connection. Going back to where he knew himself. The dancefloor taught everything worth knowing.
// what i do
The Craft
The magic, the music, the healing — they're all the same thing. They're all about
creating a moment where someone steps outside their ordinary and sees something
they didn't expect to see. In themselves.
🃏
CLOSE-UP MAGIC
Member of The Magic Circle. Thirty-plus years of cards, coins, and impossible things happening in your hands.
🌀
STAGE HYPNOSIS
Author of "A Strange Way to Stage Hypnosis" (2014, Post Pandemic Edition 2023). The room that changes. The shift that sticks. Not a party trick — a tool for genuine human change.
🎙
FIRESIDE STORIES
Sage, not clown. Guests pay to listen. Magic woven through story — Eugene Burger is the model. Adults and children together, around the fire.
💡
GLOW TECH
EL wire. LED flows. Glow kits. The original GlowGadgets toolkit — Bristol 1999. Still running, still glowing.
🏗️
COMMUNITY BUILDING
The FeelFamous village. The -Oid apps. The Wheel. Built by an AuDHD brain, for everyone who needed it and never got it.
📻
AMATEUR RADIO
Licensed radio operator. Radi-Oid. When the internet goes down, the signal stays up. Off-grid by design.
// how i think
The Shaman's Philosophy
The rave didn't teach me to escape. It taught me to arrive. Fully, completely, without
apology. Everything since has been about how to hold that state — and help other people find it too.
⬡
PLUR is the operating system. Peace, Love, Unity, Respect. Not a slogan — a decision architecture. Run every choice through it and you rarely go wrong. The village is built on it. The apps run on it.
⬡
The floor was theirs first. Before it was yours — before you showed up — other people built that culture with their bodies and their courage. Know who came before. Hold the lineage.
⬡
The three strikes rule. Be kind. Be clear. Give people chances. But after three — you protect the energy of the space. No guilt. It's a social contract, not a judgment.
⬡
The Quantum Leaper moves between spokes. Fully present in each. No dilution. The rave head becomes the magic circle member becomes the radio operator becomes the village builder. Each one complete.
⬡
World domination through kindness. One ember at a time. The whole thing exists so someone can say "I wore a dress today" and get "well done."
// the tools
The Kit
These are what actually get used. Every single one. Chosen for a reason, not a fee.
The Dynavap for a walk. The Volcano when the session needs ceremony.
STORZ & BICKEL VOLCANO
The ceremonial piece. Balloon bags, precision temperature, group sessions. The Shaman's hearth fire. When the setting matters.
